Month 1 — get comfortable with AI
Spend 30 to 45 minutes a day on ChatGPT or Google Gemini. Do not chase tools. Do not buy courses yet. Just use AI for things you already understand from your career — drafting memos in your old style, summarising reports the way you used to, building checklists from your old SOPs. The goal is comfort, not output.
By the end of Month 1 you should be able to open AI, type or speak a task, and get a usable draft in two minutes.
Month 2 — pick one niche
Choose one specific niche where your career gave you an edge. Not "consulting" in general. Something like:
